Twisted Plants
Brandon and Arielle Hawthorne, the Milwaukee couple behind Twisted Plants! In 2016, Arielle was diagnosed with lymphoma and began to research the effect of foods on health. From there, she adopted a vegetarian diet before going fully vegan. They wanted to spread their love of vegan comfort food to others and Twisted Plants was born. In the spring of 2019, they launched the vegan/plant-based comfort food trailer, visiting various locations and events in the Milwaukee area. In the spring of 2020, they were delighted to move into their permanent brick-and-mortar location in Cudahy.

A year ago, what started out as a father and son project, has become a local water fad. The founder Mahdi, a registered nurse, USAF veteran, and community health activist, thought if enough attention and demand for water could be attained, the benefits from its consumption could start a health revolution within the community. Mahdi believes in prevention through nutrition and that BKlear is the first drop of a massive health wave.
BKlear will be the water provided at the water station near the start/finish line for the walkers & runners. All participants and spectators, feel free to visit BKlear to check them out! Their mission is to provide a hydrating solution that tastes better, is better for the environment, and helps address one of the most pressing public health issues of our time - universal access to clean drinking water.

Style pop Café Coffee
When asking founder Rosha Brister “What made you want to start a coffee shop?” - “Everything that has come into fruition for me has happened at a coffee shop! They have been my place to study, my place to meet up with friends and family or just to simply bond with my dog Hershey and drink coffee”. It’s been quite the journey for Style Pop Café. They’ve popped up everywhere from Waukesha all the way to Downtown Milwaukee serving up their delicious coffee, craft-creamers and many desserts and food items. Style Pop Café has become a fair-favorite.
